Oliver Ripley (Born 2nd September, 1980) is a British entrepreneur, investor, philanthropist and founder of a diverse group of companies across technology, real estate, agriculture and hospitality.[1]
Oliver is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Habitas - the sustainable, experience-led global hospitality group that is growing rapidly, and was described as the most disruptive brand in hospitality in 2021.[2]He was also named by Conde Nast Traveller UK as The Hotelier to Watch in Travel in 2022. [3]

Oliver is the Co-Founder and CEO of Habitas[4] - the sustainable, experience-led global hospitality group that is growing rapidly, with hotels in over 3 continents[5]. Founded in 2016, Habitas has become popular with conscious travellers seeking new experiences built around human connection, sustainability and local community empowerment.[6]

Oliver is also the founder and served as the CEO of Black Ocean[7], a technology investment group that builds, invests and operates technology businesses in the US, Europe and Asia, focused on media and e-commerce.
Ocean Group[edit]
Oliver was the Co-Founder and CEO of Ocean Group, an investment company that invested and operated across several high growth sectors including: agriculture, corporate finance, media, and private aviation. Ocean Group created a platform to buy distressed assets from the FDIC that was taken over by Cantor Fitzgerald.
Habitas RISE[edit]
Oliver is an active philanthropist. He founded and drives Habitas RISE, the charity and impact arm of Habitas which has been established to empower and create impact in local communities where Habitas operates.
