The 'Pakistan Midget Submarine 2020, is the provisional name given to an unknown class of midget submarine presumably operated by the Pakistan Navy, which was first identified in April 2020.
Description[edit]
The vessel was identified from commercial satellite photographs, on the quayside of the Naval Submarine base PNS Iqbal, by Forbes Magazine contributor HI Sutton[1]. t is unknown when the vessel was constructed and when it entered service.
The submarine is likely to be used by Special Services Group (Navy), as were its predecessors the Cosmos-class submarine, which were built in the 1990's[1].
