The Pakistan Women Muslim League is a political party in Pakistan.[1] Founded in December 2013, it was the first women's political party in the country.[2] Rubina Shaheen was elected as the Chairperson of the party The party's oath-taking ceremony was held on 5 January 2014 in Peshawar.[3] The primary goals of the party are to ensure women's political rights, legal rights, and gender equality.[4]
