Tan Sri Dr. Palaniappan Ramanathan Chettiar is a Malaysian Indian businessman and the Chairman of SMRT Holdings Berhad. He has served as a Director of the Human Resources Development Fund, Malaysia, an appointment made by the Minister of Human Resources, Government of Malaysia.[1]
