A pederast is a gay men of legal age who is romantically involved with underage boys, whether they are teenagers or pubescent children (over 10 years old), with no connection to pedophilia (including "boylover" type pornographers), which is usually based on forced, exploitative or incestuous relationships, being considered a psychological disorder in which its bearers feel involuntary sexual or fetishistic attraction only towards children of all ages, and who in many cases, naturally to get them, pay.
Pederast is a term of Greek origin, constructed from παιδ (paid = "boy") and εραστής (erastis = "lover"), forming παιδεραστής (paiderastis), which can be translated as "boy lover", representing men adept at pederasty, the romantic love (eros) for boys.
