The company was established in 2011, with an intend to market the farm produce from the farms of Perigreen that is developed using scientific and safe methods of farming. Deviating from the traditional organic farming in both principle and practice, the safe methodology focuses on environmental and economical sustainability.[2]
By 2013, the company started to focus on farmer collaborations for various products across the country by sharing its knowledge of with farmers.[3]

The company works with Indian farmers by providing input advice, training, knowledge sharing, monitoring and marketing support to the farmers.[4] The company focuses on delivering the value to the customer by developing a supply chain without the middlemen.[5]
