) is a 2018 song for the 7up Madras Gig, composed by Santhosh Dhayanidhi, written by Mohan Rajan and performed by Bamba Bakya. It follows the theme of love at first sight, with a vintage setting and was released by Sony Music on 29 June 2018.[1]

Background

Santhosh, in an interview with The Hindu, recalled that the initiative was formed when he finished composing for Madhura Veeran, and in order to prepare for an independent track, he decided to make a classical music which the song is set in the '80s. It is about a man's love at first sight, with Santhosh describing the song as "native" and "easy-to-understand". Santhosh picked Bamba Bakya, who sang the chorus portions for one of the songs in Raavanan and for "Pullinangal" for 2.0. The music video directed by Amit Krishnan features G. Maya and Kishore Dev in the cast.[2]
