Raymond J. Haigney II is a US-based Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon.[1]
Career[edit]
Haigney began his career working at Charlotte’s main hospitals where he focused on facial plastic and reconstructive surgical procedures.[2][3] He is the chief medical director at Lake Norman Oral & Facial Surgery and is known for treating facial trauma and reconstructive surgery cases.[4]
Haigney is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology.[5] He is on the Board of Directors for the North Carolina Institute of Medicine.[6]
Education[edit]
Haigney is a graduate of Loyola University, Chicago College of Dental Surgery. He completed a hospital internship at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. He also completed his oral and maxillofacial surgical residency at Emory University School of Medicine, Department of Surgery in Atlanta, GA.[7]
He later completed a Fellowship in Facial Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Columbus, Mississippi.[8]
