Reeves Cini (born 14 January 2002) is a Maltese professional footballer who currently plays for Pieta Hotspurs on loan in the Maltese Challenge League[1]
Club career
Reeves Cini grew through the Pieta Hotspurs youth academy. In the Summer transfer window of 2019, Reeves joined the Valletta U19 team on loan for a year.
After the loan, in 2020, Reeves joined the Valletta senior team for free.
In January of 2021, he joined Sirens as a loan transfer for half a year. Cini played only one game for them, which was in the Maltese FA Trophy.
In 2021, Reeves joined Pieta Hotspurs as a five-year loan, and is currently a starting goalkeeper for the team.[2]
Reeves will join back to Valletta in the Summer transfer window of 2025.
International career
Reeves Cini played for the Malta U-16 team back in 2018 where he only played 1 game, against Austria in an international friendly.
Reeves was appointed to the Malta U-21 team in 2023, also playing only in one game, against Slovakia in an international friendly.
