The first ball they used was an American Football, but they switched that with a small playground blitz ball. Various balls can be used in Relayball, but mostly a Mini Basketball is used.
Rules and Gameplay
[1]Roomball is a sport created by Zane Gardner and is a form of football and basketball. It’s a part of mini basketball. The game can be played at various locations, such as garages and other locations. The sport was created so kids with different disabilities, as well as everyone, touches the ball in this sport. The game also has a one-on-one version of the sport as well. Roomball has a history of different names, as it was started as Relayball. Relayball holds leagues every year.[2] This is an indoor variation of Relayball.
Leagues
There are leagues of Roomball in DeKalb Junction, New York. The Hermon Blaze beat the DeKalb Stars in the first league game.
