Rowan Croft is an Irish YouTuber, political commentator and activist who describes to himself as a 'citizen journalist'[2]. Croft has been described as right-wing[3] or far-right. He is better known by his YouTube pseudonym Grand Torino. Croft has worked as a builder and previously served in the British Army.[4]

The content of Grand Torino mainly deals with Irish affairs, including criticism of immigration into Ireland and Direct Provision.[2] Croft has been associated with former Irish Independent journalist Gemma O'Doherty[5]. He has conducted interviews with a wide range of individuals, including author and former The Irish Times columnist John Waters, artist Kevin Sharkey, National Party leader Justin Barrett, For Britain leader Anne Marie Waters and Irish Freedom Party leader Hermann Kelly. He has also covered events organised by the Italian right-wing political party Lega Nord.[6] He has promoted the QAnon conspiracy theory.

On 3 July 2019, Croft was milkshaked while conducting an interview in Carrick-on-Shannon.[7][8]
