Ryan John Metzger, also known as RJM, is an American rapper and recording artist. RJM has released two albums, Defined (2018) and Poetic Drive (2021).
Background
RJM was born in Sicklerville, New Jersey.[1] In 2018, RJM released his debut album, Defined. The track Young Chris on the album chronicles his friend’s passing after being a subject of street violence and provides reflective insights into himself and his relationship with God. In the same year, he released his standout video, Behind the Blindfold.[2]
In 2021, RJM released his second album, Poetic Drive. The album includes Hip Hop references and has ten songs.[3][4]
RJM recorded in Brooklyn's Lost Studios, where Pro Era, Flatbush Zombies, and more have recorded, rapping for Nyck Caution. He has collaborated with Dizzy Wright and with Mark Battles.[5][6]
