Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime is an Android smartphone produced by Samsung Electronics and was unveiled in September 2016. The device has 16 GB of storage, 2 or 3 GB of RAM[6], and it also allows the storage of the microSD card up to be 256 GB.
Specifications
Software
As of January 12, 2018, T-Mobile has updated its software to Android 8.0 Oreo, while phones that had an older version would have a software update.[7]
Hardware
The mobile smartphone has a storage amount of 16 gigabytes in the United States, but in India it was 32 gigabytes.[8]It has a processor of 1.6 GHz Octa-Core, and a processor make of Exynos 7870. the rear camera has a resolution of 13-mega pixels while the front camera that is often used for selfies has a resolution of 8 megapixels.[5][6]The microSIM card can support up to 256 GB of storage and can use up to 2 microSIM cards. Both cameras have an aperture of f/1.9, and bot also travel at 30 frames per second.[9][10]

The Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime was emancipated in September 2016 and released in stores such as Best Buy, T-Mobile, Verizon, and so on in the United States.[2]In India, it was released on May 26, 2017 in stores.[11]It also was manumissioned in Pakistan on August 2016.[12]
Reception
The Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime received positive reviews from critics, companies and websites. NDTV rated it as a 3.8 out of 5, describing it as "well designed and well built", also commenting on its screen as "superb screen", and a "decent battery life".[13]Amazon rated it as 4.5 out of 5.[14]T-Mobile rated it as 3.1-ish,[15]Gadgets Now rated it as 3.6,[16]and finally PCMag rated it as 3.5.[17]
Design
Front
The front side of the smartphone has a screen height of 5.5 inches[18], and has the Samsung logo above it. It shows the front camera and next to it shows the proximity sensor and the light sensor. In the center is the speaker in mobile voice communication service cases.[19]e[2]It also features the commonly known home button, windows button, and the Return button.
Back
The back side of the smartphone shows the camera and flashlight with the Samsung logo printed below it.[5]It also provides a small cut-out which enables the consumer to access the internal systems of the device.[20]
Left
The left side of the mobile device features the volume keys.[21]d
Right
The right side of the device features the power button and the speaker.f
Bottom
The bottom features a microUSB 2.0 socket for chargers with a headphone jack to the right. To the left of the microUSB port, it features a supplier for CD/DVD drives, and the energy is taken from the charger.[22][23]
Top
The top of the phone features another supplier for CD/DVD drives, and once again, the energy is taken from the charger.
