Troop 259 offers a variety of activities for youth, including opportunities camping, a 50-mile hike, and an annual trip to a BSA summer camp.

The troop also offers opportunities for youth to work towards rank advancements up to the rank of Eagle Scout, and offers a variety of merit badges[2]
