Shaheen Peerbhai (born 1986)[1] is a chef, author and baking teacher based in London.[1] In March 2019, she opened her French bakery in London called Miel Bakery.[5]

She trained at Le Cordon Bleu, Paris[3] and London, and at Alain Ducasse Education [4] in Argenteuil, France. She also holds a master's degree in Commerce from Mumbai University and is a James Beard Scholarship winner.[6]

She teaches baking and pastry classes,[7] provides recipes in her online shop [8] and has written a cookbook titled Paris Picnic Club: More Than 100 Recipes to Savor and Share.[9]
