Almost 10 years hence, there is still no magazine in India catering exclusively to the Indian teen girl demographic." It was conceived as "a place for desi girls to hang out and share ideas on fun and serious issues" as well as a platform for PR and philanthropic ventures.[20]

Haridas was awarded the Ryerson Digital Media Zone International Fellowship.[21][22] In November 2012, she gave a TEDx talk at TEDxYouth Chennai titled "India's Generation in Transition".[23][24]
