Simple Token is a blockchain project and cryptocurrency which enables digital communities to design, launch, and manage their own branded tokens on open, scalable Ethereum side-chains.[1][2] The OpenST protocol enables businesses to stake Simple Tokens (OST) against minting their own branded tokens.[3] Users are able to manage, customise, and analyse their token economy.[4] The project's co-founder and CEO is Jason Goldberg.[5] Investors include Tencent, Greycroft and 500 Startups.[6]
