Sri Venkateswara Lotus Temple is a Hindu Temple in Fairfax Station, Virginia. The Hindu temple serves hindus in Northern Virginia
History[edit]
SV Temple was established in 2003. In 2005, the design of the Hindu Temple was complete and by 2007, the temple gained Tax Exempt Status with the IRS. In 2008, the Prayer Hall of the Temple was complete and by 2014, the Temple was complete [1].
Design[edit]
The temple has a Auditorium that can seat up to 475 people, Dining hall, a classroom, parking lot and a meditation room[2]. The temple is in the form of a Lotus, with 8 pedals going outwards from the center[3].
