Suprabhaatham (Malayalam: സുപ്രഭാതം, meaning Good Morning) is a Malayalam language newspaper published from Kerala, India. Suprabhaatham is headquartered at Francis Road, Kozhikode [1].
History[edit]
Kozhikode Iqrah Publication has launched the daily in 2014. Suprabhaatham has 6 print editions published from Kozhikode, Kochi, Malappuram, Kannur, Thrissur and Thiruvananthapuram. The daily has readership across Kerala as well as among the ethnic Malayali population of Lakshadweep, Dakshina Kannada , Kodagu and Nilgiri.[citation needed] The daily is printed from seven different printing presses and has the backing of Samastha Kerala Jamiyyathul Ulama, the representative body and the spiritual leadership of a faction of the Sunni Muslims of Kerala which owns the publishers of Suprabhaatham, Kozhikode Iqrah Publication.
Organization[edit]
A. Sajeevan is the Executive Editor while Nawaz Poonur holds the office of the Managing Editor. Sayyid Muhammad Jifri Muthukoya Thangal was elected as chairman of the management as preceded by Kottumala Bappu Musliya while Dr. Bahauddeen Muhammed Nadwi is the editor. Metro Muhammad Haji, O.Abdul Hameed Faizy are some of the directors.
