The Treasury on the Plaza is an event venue for weddings, corporate functions, and special occasions. The venue is located in the heart of St. Augustine’s downtown historic district.[1]

History[edit]

The Treasury on the Plaza is housed within the First National Bank Building which opened in 1927 and had housed different banks until it was converted to a wedding venue and private event space in 2014[2]. The venue has been referenced in the New York Times [3]. It has been featured on the Today Show[4] and has hosted the Florida Governor and his Cabinet[5]. The Treasury on the Plaza was awarded the Florida Preservation Award in 2015 from the Florida Trust for Historic Preservation in recognition of its significant achievement in the preservation of Florida’s heritage[6]
