In October 2004, Trianz acquired Eximsoft Technologies, a Bangalore-based IT services company.[1] In August 2009, it acquired BlueAlly, the information technology division of Megasoft.[2] In July 2015, it acquired Axon Networks, a cloud consulting and infrastructure services provider.[3] In January 2018, Trianz acquired CBIG Consulting, a consulting group that specializes in business intelligence, big data analytics, data warehouse and cloud computing analytics.[4]
