"True Romance" is a song by German rock band Die Ärzte. It's the second track and the second single from their 2020 album Hell. The song is a humorous love song about a man finding a new love. Despite of the title, it is a German song, with the title not appearing in the title.
It would become the band's overall fifth number one hit in their home country.
