Vejas Kruszewski
Vejas Kruszewski (born 1997) is a Canadian fashion entrepreneur and founder of his eponymous fashion brand Vejas.[1] Kruszewski was born and raised in Montreal, Quebec.
Professional life[edit]
Kruszewski began sewing at the age of 10 and at 16 started publishing his designs online.[2] In 2014, after graduating from high school in Montreal, he moved to Toronto to launch his fashion label with $2,000 in savings.[3] Later that year, he debuted his first formal collection in New York.[4] His collections have garnered critical acclaim, and in June 2016 he became the youngest designer ever to be nominated for the LVMH prize. His brand Vejas won the Special Prize, which consisted of €150,000 in prize money and a year-long LVMH mentorship.[5][6]
The Vejas line is currently carried by Nordstrom, Opening Ceremony in New York and Los Angeles, and Shine in Hong Kong, as well as in Vejas’s own e-store.[7][8] Kruszewski has shown his collections at New York Fashion Week and Paris Fashion Week.[9]

Kruszewski is the son of AI technologist and entrepreneur Paul Kruszewski. He resides in Montreal.
