Vladimir Mikhailovich Ermakov (Script error: The function "langx" does not exist.;born June 29, 1953) is a Soviet and Russian Swimming coach, Honored Coach of the Soviet Union and Honored Coach of Russia. He works at the Moscow Secondary Special School of Olympic Reserve No. 3 under the Department of Sport and Tourism of the city of Moscow and at the Sports School of Olympic Reserve "Yunost Moskvy" (Youth of Moscow). Since 1980, he has been a member of the coaching staff of the national team of the Soviet Union, and later Russia. He has trained numerous prominent swimmers, including Olympic and World Championship medalists.[1]

Vladimir Ermakov has trained a number of decorated athletes who have achieved success at national and international levels:
- Aleksey Kudryavtsev – Honoured Master of Sport of Russia, Olympic champion in the 4×200 m freestyle relay at the 1992 Summer Olympics, and World Cup medalist.
- Yevgeny Korotyshkin – Honoured Master of Sport of Russia, silver medalist at the 2012 Summer Olympics (100 m butterfly), multiple world and European champion, and former world record holder.
- Svetlana Chimrova – Honoured Master of Sport of Russia, multiple-time World and European medalist, participant of the 2016 Summer Olympics and 2020 Summer Olympics, national and European relay record holder.
- Aleksandr Kudashev – Master of Sport of Russia, International Class, European Championship finalist, multiple-time national champion.
- Anastasia Guzhenkova – Master of Sport of Russia, International Class, multiple-time European Championship medalist, Universiade medalist.
- Dmitry Semyonov – Master of Sport of Russia, International Class, national medalist, finalist at European Championships and World Cup stages.
- Yury Ufimtsev – Master of Sport of Russia, International Class, European Championship medalist, national champion and medalist.
- Alexey Atsapkin – Master of Sport of Russia, International Class, gold medalist at the 2010 Summer Youth Olympics, Russian Cup medalist, World Cup finalist.
