Vocodia Group was founded by Brian Podolak and Jimmy Sposato in July 2020.
In 2019, after a bad experience from the sales department, they both started working on an AI-based conversational technology Vocodia AI which can provide better customer service. The product allowed machine learning and artificial intelligence to create self-learning personalities similar to a human that can solve human needs in the customer service and sales departments. The product is built using AI technology and machine learning that learns everything through interaction with humans and provides an better human experience.
In July 2020, the product was successfully tested. Vocodia AI secured financing of $2,000,000 in November 2020, which positioned the company to migrate into full proprietary technology on a controlled platform.
