The Weakening of the Ottoman Empire was caused by the Balkan Wars and World War 1, The weakening in Europe was caused by the Balkan Wars and it's collapse and modernization were both caused by the First World War.[1] The main reason for collapse was World War 1, but, there were some other causes like religious minorities and ethnic minorities wanting to be independent, like Kuwait, Iraq, etc.
