XD Inc. (SEHK: 2400, simplified Chinese: 心动网络；traditional Chinese: 心動網絡), is a video game developer and publisher based in Shanghai, China.

FXD released their first mobile title in 2014.[3] The company would then launch the Chinese version of their Android games platform, TapTap, in 2016, followed by its international release in 2019.[4]

In 2003, Dash Huang and Kros Dai founded VeryCD, a P2P resource-sharing website for sharing movies, music, games, and other digital content over the internet.[6]
In 2016, XD co-founded and operated Chinese games community and Android games platform, TapTap.[4] The platform quickly became a widely used gaming platform in China[7] with an average of 25.7 million Monthly Active Users.[8]
In 2017, XD published ICEY the indie 2D side-scroller action game named on TapTap, iOS, Steam, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch. The game sold over 2 million copies sold globally by the end of its second year in operation.[9]
XD continued with publishing several other Chinese indie titles including Juicy Realm and Muse Dash, the latter of which sold over 5 million copies sold globally by April 2021.[10] In December 2020, XD published Human: Fall Flat mobile to sell sold over 2 million copies within its first week of launch.[11]
On December 12, 2019, XD Inc. executed its initial public offering on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“HKEX”), under the stock code 2400.[12]
