Xavier Beard (born October 24, 1992), known professionally as Xavier Wulf, is an American rapper from Memphis, Tennessee. He is also the founder of Hollow Squad.
Biography[edit]
Xavier Beard grew up in east Memphis. He started producing music as a teenager and came out with this first mixtape in 2012. He is a former member of the rap group Raider Klan[1], which he first joined after he discovered the rapper Spaceghostpurrp through YouTube.[2] He departed the group in 2013. He currently is the head of his own label, Hollow Squad. He frequently collaborates with other underground rappers such as BONES, Chris Travis, Eddy Baker, and idontknowjeffery. He is considered the first 'SoundCloud rapper',[3] a term to describe rap artists that spread their music to large numbers of fans via the platform, paving the way for a new success model for unsigned rappers. As stated in an interview, he is the first rapper Soundcloud allegedly contacted to send him money for the traffic he was bringing to the site. [4]
