zally is a British Behavioural AI company that develops software for continuous user authentication using behavioural signals. In September 2025 it announced a £2.8 million bridge round and its headquarters moved to San Francisco, while retaining teams in Manchester and London.[1]
History
Zally Limited was incorporated in England and Wales on 10 October 2022 as Authify Limited, and later adopted its current name.[2][3]
Regional economic development agency MIDAS (Invest in Manchester) profiled the founder and the company’s plans in 2023.[4]
Technology
Trade press described zally’s software as using behavioural signals from device interaction to support continuous authentication, with the aim of reducing reliance on passwords.[5][6]
Funding
BusinessCloud reported a £1.6 million pre-seed round in December 2023 and, in September 2025, a £2.8 million bridge round which the company said was oversubscribed.[1][7]
