Aaron Horn

Aaron Horn (born December 1983) is a multi-platinum[1] British musician, songwriter and producer. He is the son of renowned UK record producer Trevor Horn[2] and Jill Sinclair,[3][4] an English business woman, record company director and co-founder of ZTT Records[5] along with her husband Trevor. Aaron is also a co-director of his father's recording studio Sarm Music Village[6][7] along with his siblings.

Aaron is most notably known as being a past member of Sam and the Womp[8] as their DJ and bassists,[9] who's song "Bom Bom" debuted at number one on the UK singles chart, with 107,461 copies sold within the first week.[10] It went platinum in the UK[11], spending 11 weeks in the top 40 chart[12] and went four times platinum in Australia.[13] Horn played bass, synths and helped to co-produce the track.

Aaron currently makes music as one half of drum and bass duo Crate Classics with Jamie Rodigan,[14][15]

Horn has written for Seal[16] on tracks 'Padded Cell' and 'Redzone Killer', and is also credited as a co-writer on Doja Cat's song "Woman"[17][18][19] which features as the opening track to her album Planet Her.


Horn is an advocate of plant-based medicine, and is a legal cannabinoid retailer in the UK[20] as well as the first CBD boutique retailer in London.[21] He advocates for the medicinal benefits of cannabis, CBD[22] and other psychoactive plants in aiding mental health.

Aaron Horn is a sound healing practitioner who was taught by the multi-instrumentalist and sound healer Tim Wheater, and has produced and recorded guided meditations with Yoga instructor Lily Silverton.[23] Horn has curated event programmes for immersive sonic experiences and sound baths at multiple UK venues. His performances, residencies, corporations and talks with brands and institutions include the National Portrait Gallery,[24] Soho House in London, The Shard, Nike, Rob da Banks' Sleep Retreat, and Earth Hackney. He has also written, recorded and performed alongside Wheater.[25]
