Abdulrahman Al-Bahlol (Arabic: عبدالرحمن البهلول), his full name is Abdulrahman Al-Bahlol Abdulrahman bin Mohammed bin Ali, famously known as Al-Bahlol Al-Nahlawi Al-Shaf’i Al-Dimash’ki, was a poet, writer and scholar and is known for his great work, specializing in historical books. He wrote many other books related to the sciences, some examples are books of language, poetry, history, and literature.[1]
Early life and Education[edit]
Abdulrahman Al-Bahlol began his career in the world of writing early and has emerged in Damascus thanks for his writings, especially his poetry[2]. He released (Arabic title: Diwan Abdulrahman Al-Bahlol) it’s a poetical work that included a large number of poems of the Syrian poet who grew up and lived in Damascus[3]. Al-Bahlol also published several other books, the most notable (Arabic title: Selk Al-Durar Fi A’ian Al-qarn Al-Thani Ashar) by Al-Muradi.[4]
