Anshika Sharma (Nepali: अंशिका शर्मा) (born July 10, 1996) is a Nepali-Australian model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned as Miss Universe Nepal 2020. She represented Nepal at Miss Universe 2020 pageant.[1]
Early life[edit]
Sharma was born on July 10, 1996 and raised in Kathmandu. After high school, she moved to Australia. She is a resident of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. She attended Central Queensland University in Sydney where she earned her bachelor’s degree in information technology. Sharma worked as a customer service executive at DHL in Arndell Park.
Pageantry[edit]
Miss Universe Nepal 2020[edit]
On 30 December 2020, Sharma started her pageantry stint when she competed and was crowned Miss Universe Nepal 2020 pageant. She was crowned by Miss Nepal - Universe 2017 and Miss Universe Nepal National Director Nagma Shrestha.[2]
Miss Universe 2020[edit]
Sharma represented Nepal at Miss Universe 2020, held on May 16, 2021 at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida, failing to place in the semifinals.
