Anshika Sharma (Nepali: अंशिका शर्मा) (born July 10, 1996) is a Nepali-Australian model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Universe Nepal 2020. She represented Nepal at the Miss Universe 2020 pageant.[1]
Early life
Sharma was born on July 10, 1996 and raised in Kathmandu. After high school, she moved to Australia. She is a resident of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. She attended Central Queensland University in Sydney where she earned her bachelor’s degree in information technology. Sharma worked as a customer service executive at DHL in Arndell Park.
Pageantry
Miss Universe Nepal 2020
On December 30, 2020, Sharma began her pageantry career when she competed and was crowned Miss Universe Nepal 2020. She was crowned by Miss Nepal - Universe 2017 and Miss Universe Nepal National Director Nagma Shrestha.[2]
Miss Universe 2020
Sharma represented Nepal at Miss Universe 2020, held on May 16, 2021 at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida, and did not place in the semifinals.
