Cherry Ventures
Cherry Ventures is a Berlin-based venture capital firm that specializes in providing seed-stage funding to consumer technology companies.
Founded by Filip Dames, Daniel Glasner, and Christian Meermann, who have co-founded successful internet companies such as ZALANDO and QUANDOO, Cherry Ventures typically provides seed-stage funding and focuses on portfolio companies' growth during their first 18 months. The company takes an active role in supporting the development of its portfolio companies.[1]
The firm launched its first fund in 2012, which has invested in the seed stage of companies like AUTO1, ALOHA, LESARA, QUANDOO, HappyFresh, and AMORELIE.[2] Fund II was announced in 2016 at a total volume of 150M EUR.[3]
