Cloakcoin (CLOAK)[1] is a cryptocurrency launched in 2014, that focuses on anonymous[2], untraceable, decentralized transactions using a tecnology called PoSA (Proof of Stake Anonymity)[3]. Cloakcoin is now lead by Cashmen ("c4shm3n") after the original team abandoned the project in october 2014.[4] The first PoSA enabled wallet was released on the 30th march 2016.[5]

PoSA[edit]

PoSA (Proof of Stake Anonymity) is a trustless-Anonymous transaction system.[6]
Transaction requests are scrambled between various open wallets[7], Cloakcoin has no masternodes, Cloaks are sent without the need to 'trust' masternode operators, each open wallet within the Cloak network acts has a node.[8][9]
