The Future Leaders Academy is a Kenyan private, mixed, day and boarding school established in 2000 in Nyeri County near Mount Kenya. It is owned by Evanson Mundia and Martha Nyarurii Mundia who are both retired teachers.

The Future Leaders Academy is a not-for-profit independent school registered with the Kenyan Ministry of Education, as a private school. With approximately 130 students and staff, it is a multi-cultural school with students from all over the country. Some of the students are very poor and others are orphaned by AIDS, and are therefore given all facilities free.

The school offers the Kenyan official primary school curriculum leading to the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) and also the official secondary school curriculum leading to the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE), both of which are administered by the Kenya National Examination Council.

The school is located 3 kilometres (1.9 miles) south of Karatina town.
