Hassan Ahmed Moustafa Bahr Karar , Known as Hassan Bahr, He was born in 1959 in Alexandria.

Early Life and Education

He was born in Alexandria, Egypt. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the Faculty of Law at Alexandria University in 1982, where he graduated with distinction. He later pursued postgraduate studies in criminal law and judicial procedures. He served as assistant of the minister of justice in 2012 before he retires in 2013.
