Mariana Juliana Franco Ramos (born 16 March 1993) is a Colombian beauty pageant titleholder. She was Miss Earth Colombia 2017 and later represented her country at the Miss Earth 2017 pageant.

Early life[edit]

Franco is an Audiovisual Media professional in Politécnico Grancolombiano and also works as a professional model. In 2016, she moved to Mexico City in Mexico for her modelling career.[1]

Pageantry[edit]

Miss Earth Colombia 2017[edit]

Franco (represented the Serranía de la Macarena National Natural Park) won the title of Miss Earth Colombia 2017 against 9 other candidates during the pageant final held in Bogotá, Colombia on September 1, 2017.[citation needed]

Miss Earth 2017[edit]

Franco represented Colombia at the international Miss Earth 2017 pageant in Pasay City, Philippines and competed with 84 delegates. She won the elemental title Miss Earth - Water 2017 during the pageant final.[2][3]

She also bagged the following awards:

  • Top 16 for Beauty of Face and Poise (Pre-judging event)
  • Top 16 for Intelligence and Environmental Awareness
  • 2nd, silver medalist(s) Miss Photogenic
