Kehinde, Kenny Folarin (born Marth 4 1975)is a Strategic Leadership Expert, Certified Management Consultant, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Minister. He is the Chief Operating Officer at Daystar Christian Centre,[1] Lagos Nigeria and also the Principal Consultant of Harold Global Consulting Limited.
Early life and education[edit]
Kenny Folarin was born on March 4, 1975, He is from Egbado South, Abeokuta, Ogun State, Located in the South- Western part of Nigeria. He grew up in Lagos, where he attended Saka Tinubu Memorial School and College of Fisheries and Marine Technology, Victoria Island, Lagos State. He was admitted to the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife in 1997, For which he bagged a degree and Graduate Diploma in Management Information System and International Business & export Management. He obtained his Masters of Business Administration ( MBA) at the Lagos State University. He is also an alumnus of the Prestigious Business School Netherlands, Holland, where he earned his second MBA in 2009. He proceeded to Villanova University USA where he received a Masters in Lean Six Sigma[2] Master Black Belt in 2013. After his successful completion, He further studied at the Prestigious Regent University, Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA graduating with a Masters of Arts in Organizational Leadership in 2015 and also a Doctor of Strategic Leadership, Ph.D.[3]
Pastoral ministry[edit]
He started his pastoral Ministry at Daystar Christian Center, where he served in different capacities which included Teacher, Facilitator, Preacher, Group Head, Director of Administration, and Chief Operating Officer. He serves on the faculty of Daystar Leadership Academy where he facilitates Leadership development courses over a period of Eighteen Years.[4]
He has a track record of building, innovating, and running successful systems and structures in different organizations. He is fully engaged in business advisory and consulting services covering a broad spectrum of Leadership Development, and Coaching, Strategy Development and implementation, Organizational Health, Business Operations and performance, Change Management, Relationship management, Learning and Development.[5]
