Kissht Loan is an Indian financial technology company that provides digital lending services to consumers and small businesses. It was founded in 2015 and operates under its parent company, OnEMI Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd., headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.[1][2]
History
Kissht was established in 2015 by entrepreneurs Ranvir Singh and Krishnan Vishwanathan.[3][4][5] Initially focused on unsecured personal loans and consumer durable financing, the company expanded its portfolio over time to include various credit products and digital financial services for underserved segments.[6][7][8]
Services
Kissht offers consumer loans, personal loans, and business loans through a digital platform.[9] In March 2025, the company launched digital loans against property, enabling users to secure funding using real estate assets as collateral. This service, aimed at both individuals and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) to process loan applications digitally with minimal documentation and turnaround times as short as 24 hours.[10]
Financial performance
In the financial year 2022–23, OnEMI Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reported an operating revenue of ₹1,020.9 crore, a 91% increase from the previous year.[11] The company posted a net profit of ₹59 crore and an adjusted profit of ₹95.5 crore, excluding non-cash expenses such as Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOPs).[12]
As of March 2025, the company reported assets under management (AUM) exceeding ₹4,200 crore, reflecting a 55% year-over-year growth.
Funding and investment
In June 2022, Kissht raised $80 million in a funding round led by Vertex Growth and the Brunei Investment Agency.[13] The capital was used to expand its product offerings and support the launch of a new platform, RING, aimed at providing young consumers with digital credit alternatives to traditional credit cards.[14]
Brand association
In December 2024, Sachin Tendulkar joined Kissht as a strategic investor and brand ambassador.[15][16][17]
