LIQUIDWEB s.r.l. is a privately held Information and Communcation Technology (ICT) company based in Siena, Tuscany, Italy.[1] They specialize in mobile technologies applied to the areas of mobile health, smart environments and virtual work-spaces.[2]

Founded by Pasquale Fedele in 2010 as a startup the company with a focus on Ubiquitous computing, Mobile services, and Cloud computing technologies.
In October 2010, LIQUIDWEB presented the 1st prototype of their BrainControl product at the Mind Force conference. [3] The device is an external mind to computer interface allowing disabled people to devices with their mind. [4] The following year they provide a live demonstration of the device controlling the Parrot AR.Drone at Frontiers of Interaction 2011.
In May of 2013 the BrainControl device took first place in the Promises category at the eHealth SME Competiton[5], a competition sponsored by the EU Commission rewarding SMEs across Europe for innovative IT solutions in the health sector. [6]
