List of obligatory nude recreation sites

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

This article lists obligatory nude recreation sites both public and privately owned. It includes resorts, beaches, clubs, baths, saunas and the like. As most nudist/naturist venues are at least partially—if not completely—clothing optional, compulsory nudity tends to be the exception. While the words "not clothing optional" commonly mean that clothing must be worn, in a naturist context, this can also have the exact opposite meaning: clothing must not be worn.

See the article Issues in social nudity for a summary of the debate between clothing optional and obligatory nudity.

List of sites by continent and country[edit]

Only countries known to have organized nudism/naturism are listed, though some have no entries at this time. After the venue is listed, the city or township is given. It should be noted that for venues not limited to only one building (bath, sauna, hotel, etc.), the actual location is most often outside the city or town proper. A few countries are extremely sensitive to nudism and naturism, and it exists there only in very isolated and remote locations.
