Mariana Gradim Alves Amorim (born 15 October 1995) is a Portuguese female acrobatic gymnast and a doctor. She is known for representing Portugal at the international level, competing in mixed pairs, and for her academic achievements in medicine.
Career Highlights
Amorim competed in the mixed pair category at the 2014 Acrobatic Gymnastics World Championships in Levallois-Perret, France, alongside her partner Alfredo Pereira.[1] She also competed at the 2010 Acrobatic Gymnastics World Championships in Wrocław, Poland, where she placed in the top 10 with her partner.[2]
Education and Awards
Amorim attended the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Porto. She was awarded the "Prémio Magalhães Lemos" for achieving the best classification in the subjects of Neurology, Neurosurgery, and Neurological Diseases.[3]
