Oh Hyung-suk (Korean: 오형석) is a South Korean entrepreneur and the chairman of Topsolar Group, a company specializing in the renewable energy sector. He is recognized for his role in developing South Korea's solar power infrastructure, particularly in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and Operations and Maintenance (O&M).

Oh attended Chonnam National University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities in the 1980s. In 2025, he was awarded an honorary doctorate in Economics from the same university in recognition of his contributions to the regional economy and industrial innovation. [1]

From 1994 to 2006, Oh served as the President and CEO of Dongsan Metal Co., Ltd. He established Topsolar Co., Ltd. in 2002, focusing on the emerging solar energy market.
