Ravinder Singh Dhull is a politician of the State of Haryana, India and practising Advocate before the Punjab and Haryana High Court. He is serving as State Spokesperson for the Indian National Lok Dal which is main opposition party in the State of Haryana. His father is elected as Member of Legislative Assembly of Haryana from Julana constituency of Jind District. His grand father Chaudhary Dal Singh was a noted politician of the area and six time M.L.A. from District Jind.
Education
He graduated at Government Post Graduate College, Jind studied Mathematics and Economics and did his Law from Punjab University, Chandigarh.[1] He is Cyber Law Expert and did his Post Graduate Diploma from ICFAI University.[2] He did his General Course on Intellectual Property Rights from World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO)[3]
As Social Activist
He is founder of Centre for Socio Legal Research and Aid;[4] an organization providing free legal aid to the needy in India. He has worked on the Right to Information law and is noted activist. He is known to have filed more than 3000 RTIs.[5] His team consists of more than 50 lawyers.[6]
As Spokesperson
He was appointed as Spokesperson in 2014. Since then he has participated in various debates on national channels on important issues viz Demonetization,[7] side effects of Demonetization,[8] Commissionary Dissolution,[9] Dengue Fever,[10] On ill language of an MP,[11] Jat Reservation,[12] an MP questioning selection by HPSC[11] and many other debates on channels viz India News Haryana, ABP News, ETV Haryana and Himachal, Zee News Haryana and Punjab, Janta TV, MH1 News, News X etc.
