Fantana came to Ghana from Atlanta to pursue a career in music after the demise of the late Ebony Reigns.[2] Rufftown Records announced that it has signed the second female on the label which is Fantana. The audio and video were released on the same day. This song shot Fantana to fame after it became a massive hit and it received airplay across Ghana.[3]

The music video was shot on location in South Africa. The video incorporates the songs lyrics as it depicts Fantana as a woman who gives one-night stands. The video ends with a scene showing Fantana and her admirer going to shop and exiting with an expensive car. The music video has garnered almost 900 thousand views on YouTube[4]

The song received generally positive reviews. Most media outlets in Ghana stated that "A lot will be definitely be expected of her"[5]
