Toplace was founded in 1992 in Sydney, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia by Jean Nassif. In the same year, it commenced its first residential property development project located in Parramatta Parramatta in Sydney’s western suburb. Toplace currently runs its Australian operation from its headquarters in Concord, New South Wales Since 1992, Toplace has delivered approximately 30,000 residential homes, shopping centres and commercial suites all across Sydney, Australia.
Atmosphere, Castle Hill[edit]
One development of the company is the Atmosphere modern apartment complex, a two-building project located at Old Northern Road in Castle Hill. [1]
