Trilogy Limassol Seafront[edit]

Trilogy Limassol Seafront is an under construction high-rise building located in the centre of Limassol, Cyprus. It was designed by WKK Architects and is being developed by Cybarco (Lanitis Group).[1]

Trilogy is designed as a trio of seafront towers of 36, 37 and 39 floors with a private oasis for the residents and a public plaza.[2] With one of the towers standing 161 meters tall, Trilogy will become the second tallest building in Cyprus.

Location[edit]

The building's location faces the Limassol waterfront, a public beach and Akrotiri bay and next to the centre of Limassol. Once an ancient city, Limassol is now a business hub and a cosmopolitan city. In the 2020 ranking published by the Globalization and World Cities Research Network, Limassol was classified as a Gamma, i.e. a global city.[3]

Design and construction[edit]

The building comprises three reinforced concrete towers, connected by a common podium.[4] The 161 meters tall West Tower and the 148 meters tall East Tower are placed at the Limassol waterfront. The North Tower is 148 meters tall and stands on the north corner of the site closer to the centre of Limassol.[1] The plot size of the project is 21,500 m2.[5] The total area of the buildings is 140,000 m2.[4]

The West and the East Tower piling as well as the first phase diaphragm wall were completed by March 2019.[5] In October 2019 the concrete foundations of the West Tower were poured and construction works of the North Tower and underground parking were in progress.[6] After a break due to Covid-19 restrictions construction works were resumed in May 2020, with the West Tower and the East Tower rising above ground level.[7]

Trilogy Limassol Seafront is a 350 million Euro investment.[5]

Features[edit]

There will be a private spa and a gym inside each tower. The three towers will share a private oasis with swimming pools, tennis court, playground and landscaped gardens.[1] Between the West Tower and the East Tower will be placed new public space of the Limassol — 6,850 square meters plaza where shops and restaurants are to be settled.[1][5]
