Veggie Roots
Veggie Roots (Portuguese: Raízes Vegetarianas) is a Brazilian vegan food manufacturer who is growing fast in promising market[1]. It was founded in May 2018 and is based in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais. The company has several vegan burgers[2] inspired by regional and internacional cuisine and also organized the first Vegan Festival[3] in the State, receiving more than one thousand visitors. The festival named Paraiso Veg[4] has gathered more than 30 companies, offered live music, craft beer, flash tattoo and animals adoption.
