The firm was founded in London by Fadi Farra, an economist and a Harvard University lecturer.^[8]^[9]^[10]^[11] From 2013, the company started working with major international organisations such as the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the United Nations.^[12]^[13]^[14] In 2014, the firm opened their ITS offices in other continents and went international. Since its formation the firm has engaged in a number of major publications including working with the World Economic Forum and Harvard Business Review.^[15]^[16]^[17]^[18]^[19]^[20]^[21]^[22]^[23]^[24]^[25]^[26]

The firm is led by its Board of Directors and supported by various advisors. Most of the advisory team consists of Harvard University alumni or former Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) employees and the Nobel prize winner, Christopher A.
