Ofem Okposo Eno (born 8 May 1992) known for his stage name as Challex D Boss is a Nigerian singer and songwriter. He attained the spotlight after he released his single titled "we see no changes", the hit got its acceptance and a remix featuring Eedris Abdulkareem took it to another level. A video was made for it featuring Gaius Chibueze (Bitcoin Chief), who was his manager and friend.[1]
Background
Challex D Boss hails from Ugep, Yakurr local government area, Cross River State. He attended Police Primary School, Akim Police Barracks, Calabar. He later gained admission into West Africa People's Institute, Calabar (WAPI). He is a graduate of English/Literature, College of Education Akamkpa, Cross River State.[2]
Personal life
Challex got married to Lorraine Nyack, who hails from Brooklyn, New York City, United States of America (USA) in 2019. His wedding was in Calabar.[3]
Career
Challex started his musical career in 2013. He started as a rapper in a group called Tc2 and later went solo to concentrate on himself, which has birthed good songs and attracted multiple local and international awards.
In 2019 he released his album titled "The Preacher Man", which was celebrated with a music show called "Challex D Boss Unleash concert"[4] which turned out to be the biggest music concert in the city of Calabar. The event featured some Nigerian superstars including Youngbone, Kaypluz, Samuelito and Fireboy DML.
Challex has also released a couple of popular singles "Aproko" featuring Erigga[5] and "Confidence" featuring Inyanya and International Boy.[6]
